On Chris's first trip to Japan we found these epic concrete dams to snowboard on. We spent a bit of time setting this one up, since we had to remove the cornice up top and build a landing and run up. Larson handled this feature like a beast, per usual, and I couldn't believe how he sucked up the compression at the bottom. It was always a pleasure to watch Larson snowboard, and as a photographer, you were almost guaranteed to get an amazing photo. RIP Chris, we miss you everyday.
